- Lead the full integration lifecycle: scoping, technical alignment, implementation, testing, launch, and post-go-live support.
- Manage API and data onboarding, ensuring clear documentation, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for partners during onboarding and rollout.
- Own an organisation-wide view of delivery: align dependencies, prioritise initiatives, and unblock execution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape realistic delivery plans based on feasibility, risk, and business impact.
- Drive consistent delivery practices (Agile rituals, release readiness, change control where needed).
- Coordinate effectively across Development, TechOps, Product, Data, Payments and Customer Success to ensure platform stability and successful rollouts.
- Run technical workshops, integration deep-dives, and enablement sessions with partners alongside Customer Success.
- Improve internal workflows, tooling, and handovers to create a better partner and delivery experience.
- Define and track KPIs to measure integration health and delivery outcomes (e.g., time-to-integrate, defect rates, partner satisfaction, release stability).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and predictability.
- 3+ years experience in integrations, technical project delivery, implementation, or technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrable success delivering complex integrations in SaaS, iGaming, FinTech, Payments or similar fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and cloud-based environments (ideally AWS).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- High ownership mindset—comfortable leading through ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions.
- Hands-on delivery experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira (Software/Service Desk/Product Discovery), Confluence, Miro, Monday.com.
- Working knowledge of Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and basic SQL querying.
- Exposure to operational delivery in regulated/high-availability environments.
