- In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations-especially those in Curaçao.

- Ensure company operations and structure comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as required; develop strategies to minimize legal risk.
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all licensing and reporting obligations (e.g. Curaçao, Anjouan).
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions, hearings, and negotiations.
- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all legal documents support the company's objectives and are risk-appropriate.
- Lead and manage any litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution proceedings.
- Proactively identify legal risks and implement policies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and legal procedures.
- Legal Experience: Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on the iGaming industry.
- Education: Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing legal teams and overseeing complex legal issues.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming laws and regulations, particularly in Curaçao, MGA (Malta), and Estonia.
- Location: Ideally based in Malta (hybrid); remote considered for strong candidates.
