Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Maintaining compliance with the system of governance requirements under solvency II and promoting sound corporate governance practices under the Insurance Distribution Directive and other regulations. • Creation and maintenance of all contracts and the contract repository both customer and non-customer facing. • Oversight and Governance obligations under the IDD and GDPR regulations. • Oversight of the regulatory framework in Malta • Oversight and responsibility of all Complaints and Litigation received and handled by the Head of Legal. • Oversight of the obligations in terms of Data Protection on both customer facing and HR facing elements of the business. • Maintaining compliance of RCI Life Ltd for all responsibilities in line with anti-money laundering regulations. • Oversight on AML/CFT obligations of RCI Life Ltd & RCI Insurance Ltd • Creation and maintenance of all contracts and the contract repository both customer and non-customer facing. • Management of the Governance obligations under the IDD and GDPR regulations. • Interpretation and Implementation of the regulatory framework in Malta • Maintaining compliance of RCI Life Ltd for all responsibilities in line with anti-money laundering regulations.
