Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Manager at Zanzi Homes - Gzira Branch. The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the property sales team, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, liaising with clients and obtaining property listings. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to driving sales within the real estate market.Requirements:

Excellent managerial, negotiation and sales skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in property sales or real estate industry
Fluency in English & Maltese languages are a minimum
Must be already residing in Malta
