As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead all aspects of the housekeeping department—managing teams, ensuring pristine standards, and delivering an unforgettable stay in true Hard Rock style.🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage housekeeping operations with a strong presence on the floor
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and brand standards across all guest and back-of-house areas
Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and departmental budgeting
Hire, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback with effective solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of housekeeping systems, inventory management, and vendor coordination
Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
