We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. Will be cleaning hotel rooms or public areas.Guest Room Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Housekeepers clean and sanitize guest rooms after each stay and during mid-stay cleanings. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Bed Making and Linen Changes: They make beds, change bed linens and towels, and ensure a fresh supply of toiletries and amenities are available. Restocking Supplies: Housekeepers replenish items like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, and other guest amenities. Removing Trash and Recycling: They empty trash bins and manage waste disposal in accordance with hotel procedures. Reporting Maintenance Issues: Housekeepers are often the first to identify maintenance problems like leaky faucets, broken furniture, or burned-out light bulbs, and they report these issues to the appropriate personnel. Customer Service: They may assist guests with special requests, such as providing extra towels or pillows, and must be courteous and helpful. Security and Privacy: Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring the security of guest rooms and respecting guest privacy, including adhering to "Do Not Disturb" signs. Public Area Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Housekeepers also clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms. Restocking Supplies: They ensure that public restrooms are adequately stocked with supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
