IT Support Engineer (Junior) (Systems Engineer)

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Assisting staff or clients through face-to-face or telephone interactions to set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults, and replacing parts as required.
• Providing support, including creating procedural documentation and generating relevant reports.
• Supporting the rollout of new applications.
• Handling the onboarding and offboarding of users.
• Continuously working on tasks until completion, or referring them to third parties if necessary.
• Coordinating with the team leader to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Building strong working relationships with the bank’s users, IT engineers, department managers, software developers, and HR.
• Conducting general maintenance related to the IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Windows Servers: 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Experience in Windows Operating Systems: 10 and 11
• Microsoft Active Directory working experience or knowledge
• Office 365 Cloud Services
