- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Assisting staff or clients through face-to-face or telephone interactions to set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults, and replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including creating procedural documentation and generating relevant reports.
- Supporting the rollout of new applications.
- Handling the onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Continuously working on tasks until completion, or referring them to third parties if necessary.
- Coordinating with the team leader to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Building strong working relationships with the bank’s users, IT engineers, department managers, software developers, and HR.
- Conducting general maintenance related to the IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers: 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems: 10 and 11
- Microsoft Active Directory working experience or knowledge
- Office 365 Cloud Services
