- Deliver comprehensive 1st and 2nd Line client support through a ticketing system, providing on-site and remote assistance.
- Skillfully troubleshoot hardware and software issues while actively contributing to clients' IT projects.
- Take the lead in operational support for IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with the Applications team to devise supportive environments.
- Conduct in-depth technical system analysis and devise effective solutions.
- Architect, integrate, and oversee the management of intricate platform solutions.
- Assess infrastructure requirements by evaluating business strategies.
- Actively support, optimize, and enhance existing system platforms, applications, and services.
- Vigilantly monitor and manage issues/risks, escalating when necessary.
- Thoroughly document post-project implementation details.
- Extend dedicated IT support to internal company users and contractors.
- Knowledge in Virtualization, Cloud, Storage and networking technologies.
- Knowledge of multiple operating system Windows and Linux
- Awareness of Hybrid Integration Platforms
- Experience with database Management systems including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server would be considered an asset.
