Mostatech is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead and develop our internal IT capabilities. Initially managing a small team of two IT employees and liaising with an external IT contractor, the IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and alignment with business needs. A key focus will be the successful migration to a Microsoft environment, the ongoing management of our production planning database, the responsible management of our industrial software licenses, and the strategic development of the IT team to gradually phase out reliance on external contractors. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience 1 (5+ years) in managing and supporting IT infrastructure in a business environment, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven company.

Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and security.

Experience with cloud migration projects

Experience in managing and maintaining databases, ideally with exposure to custom-built or production planning systems.

Experience in managing software licenses, including technical and engineering software (e.g., Solidworks, Autodesk, Altium, Labview).

Proven ability to build and lead an IT team.

Experience in managing external IT vendors and contractors, including software vendors.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices, including software license compliance.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively.
