- Coordinate with third-party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, Branding, etc.) to support ATM installations, de-installations, relocations, and site changes across Malta.
- Monitor ATM operations and performance, ensuring timely resolution of faults by service providers and acting as the main point of contact for on-site engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc site visits to evaluate ATM functionality, address minor technical issues, and ensure equipment security, cleanliness, and branding compliance.
- Manage ATM inventory and internal records (e.g., EBO/ATMS), track site status, and analyze network performance, providing reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team and clients during new installations, while also providing remote and on-site support for incident resolution and staff training.
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics or Information Technology functions. Any experience within financial services and/or banking will be considered a plus.
- Flexibility to travel across the country.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
