The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.Responsibilities

To manage project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring coordination across teams.
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects.
Allocate resources (people, materials, budget) effectively.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
Approve major changes to design, scope, or budget.
Support and mentor team leaders and senior technical staff.
Coordinate between QS, Drafting, and Site teams for smooth delivery.

Report project performance and risks to the Operations Manager.Requirements

2–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of HVAC projects and management tools

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
