Seeking to engage a Stock Control Clerk to be responsible for managing and organizing a company's inventory.You are: • Well organized with attention to detail • Team player but able to work independently • Computer literate (MS Office) • With high level of spoken and written English and Maths skills • With a creative streak • Preferably will previous office experience You will: • Work within the Stock Control Department • Input stock items in the computer system • Be responsible for uploading items on the website and keeping it up-to-date • Take care of promotional offers on certain goods • Help with marketing • Assist the Stock Control Department with other tasks as the need arises We offer: • Friendly working environment • Competitive salary • Possible growth within the companyProfilesCompetencies

Check receipt of orders; determine processing order
Coordinate and supervise logistics operations of receipt, dispatch and delivery
Inform internal or external customers about handling and follow-up of orders
Organise division of storage spaces on-site and follow-up management
Organise or supervise the management of product, goods or raw material stocks (encoding, rotation...)
Schedule work of fork-lift truck drivers, order preparation staff... according to order of order processing
Register monitoring data of activities. Single out anomalies
Supervise maintenance of storage area and equipment
Determine need for supplies; place orders
Organise and manage supply (supervise and follow-up consumption, orders...)
Follow-up payments, complaints and returns
Follow-up international logistics operations
Manage stocks. Check receipt of goods
