This includes achieving targets related to cost control, quality, and service standards, while demonstrating strong leadership skills to foster a positive and professional working environment.We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience. Applicants must be strong communicators, fluent in English, and ideally in additional languages. Previous managerial experience within the hospitality sector will be considered an asset.Candidates must be currently residing in Malta and hold a clean police conduct.
