An opportunity has opened for an Operations Associate to join a growing financial services organisation, strengthening its core operations function. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-driven professional who enjoys structured work, process improvement, and being part of the engine room that keeps daily transactions and workflows running smoothly.In this position, you’ll support a wide range of operational activities from maintaining accurate trade records and preparing transaction documentation to coordinating meetings and assisting with compliance processes. You’ll play an important role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting senior colleagues, and contributing to initiatives that enhance turnaround times and service quality.What makes this opportunity attractive is the strong learning environment.   • Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and operational documentation
  • Assist with compliance processes and stay aligned with AML/CFT procedures

Your Profile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, or Management is considered an asset
