An exciting opportunity has opened for a Support Associate to join a growing financial services environment supporting financial planners, advisers, and sales teams across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working with data, systems, and deadlines.In this position, you will sit at the heart of planning operations, ensuring suitability reports, sales information, and workflow coordination are handled efficiently and accurately. You’ll collaborate with advisers and administrative teams across international offices, supporting the timely delivery of client documentation and contributing to the overall performance of the planning function.What makes this opportunity attractive is the variety and exposure it offers.   • Review report requests and ensure all required client information is complete
  • Liaise with advisers and office administrators to obtain missing documentation
  • Allocate suitability reports fairly across financial planners
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or financial planning support is advantageous
  • Confident communicator able to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
