Litigation & Arbitration Associate Lawyer

• Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload, managing matters from initial client consultation through to final resolution.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive research and evaluate legal issues to provide strategic advice and formulate effective approaches in litigation and arbitration matters.
• Drafting and Advocacy: Prepare compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and represent clients during court proceedings.
• Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with colleagues within the litigation team and across other practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.

• Education: Degree in Law and in possession of a warrant to practice law in Malta.
• Experience: Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Language Skills: Full proficiency in written and spoken Maltese and English is required.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates effective teamwork and relationship-building skills across internal and client-facing interactions.
• Technical Skills: Strong competency in litigation, arbitration, and legal research techniques.
