Junior Lawyer - Litigation

• Case Support: Assist in the preparation and management of litigation files, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents under the guidance of senior lawyers.
• Court Assistance: Support senior lawyers in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, including attending hearings and taking notes.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on cases, contracts, and relevant legislation to provide actionable recommendations.
• Evidence Review: Analyse documents and assist in preparing evidence for hearings or negotiations.
• Client Support: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients under supervision, ensuring high-quality service.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to develop litigation expertise.

• Education: Law Degree required.
• Experience: Admission to the Maltese Bar is required; practical exposure to litigation or dispute resolution is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English.
