We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team.As a Junior Litigation Lawyer, you will be actively involved in preparing legal documents, conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles, and offering support during trials and hearings. You will work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and arguments, and to prepare for court appearances. The role also involves drafting correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.The ideal candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta and have at least 2 years of experience in Dispute Resolution or Litigation with a Commercial focus.Interested?
