- Advising clients on legal matters, including real estate, constitutional, civil, and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting well-structured legal opinions, pleadings, and other judicial documents
- Representing clients in court and tribunal proceedings, preparing cases, and attending hearings as required
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners to develop case strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs
- Supporting the legal team in various administrative and case management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in Maltese law and maintaining awareness of best practices in litigation and arbitration
- Warranted Lawyer in Malta
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with practical exposure to litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and real estate law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary of up to €50K, dependent on experience
- Office-based in Valletta, Malta
