- Assist the Senior/Branch Manager in the daily running of the branch in a professional and efficient manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the Bank's standards.
- Proactively plan and execute business development activities to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Manage a portfolio of personal and business customers while identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and mentoring of branch team members to reach their full potential.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Liaise regularly with the Senior/Branch Manager to resolve complex issues and coordinate branch activities and staff operations.
- Ideally has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a commercial supervisor, or at least 5 years in banking across multiple branches.
- Holds a degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Possesses sound knowledge of banking operations, accounting, and financial products.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicates effectively in both English and Maltese, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Delivers a high standard of customer service with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Solutions-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organised.
- Willing to learn and contribute positively within a team environment.
