Are you a driven, commercially minded professional with a passion for high-growth digital industries? We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition across high-risk, high-margin verticals including Gaming, Forex, Crypto, and other regulated financial services. This role offers the opportunity to work within fast-moving EU markets, build profitable relationships, and deliver tailored payments and fintech solutions that directly address customer challenges.In this role, you will proactively seek new merchants and introducers, using your industry network to generate qualified opportunities. You’ll engage with prospects to understand their operational and regulatory needs, present value-driven solutions, and structure profitable commercial terms. You will navigate complex regulatory frameworks, build business cases, and manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to onboarding and early aftercare before handover. Working closely with product, marketing, and project teams, you’ll help shape compelling propositions that stand out in highly competitive verticals.Your contribution will be central to expanding the organisation’s footprint, driving revenue growth, and strengthening its position within key EU markets. Strong communication skills, existing vertical connections, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles are key.
