Our client is a business advisory firm who has recently seen an increased demand from Asia, specifically China. Having recognized this business opportunity, they would like to engage a Senior Business Development Manager to manage current demands, and grow their Asian portfolio.You will report directly to the Management Team and will have one direct report initially, with an intention to grow the team as demand increases.
The role pays up to €55K basic starting salary with an expected €70K if you meet your KPIs.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide business advisory services to HNW individuals, families and corporate clientsDrive growth across Asia, with a focus on the Chinese and Turkish marketsLead marketing initiatives targeting Mandarin- and Turkish-speakersIdentify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategiesRepresent the company in person at high-end events and conferencesTravel extensively to attend client meetings throughout AsiaEducation, Skills & ExperienceEducated to Post-Grad levelCommercially-minded with strong business acumenExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenFluent in Mandarin, both written and spokenFluent in Turkish would be ideal but is not a requirementExperience of working with private advisory firm or corporate service providerExperience of advising foreign nationals on immigration issues in MaltaExperience of advising companies on the benefits of having Maltese entitiesExceptional interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skillsAble to travel internationally to represent the companyAbout this roleSalary up to €55K basicCompetitive KPI-driven bonus (OTE €15K per year)Private Health insurancePrivate parkingPlease, apply with your detailed CV in English*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
