- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming sector
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients through expert negotiation and relationship-building
- Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective partners
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Negotiate commercial terms that drive mutual success
- Build strong relationships with key operators
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Legal, and Compliance
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning
- Represent SpinOn at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (travel required)
- Minimum of 3 years' proven B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for iGaming products and market trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into revenue-generating clients
- Strong negotiation skills with commercial awareness
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making
