Regulatory Officer – iGaming

• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews, including identification and verification of individuals and entities
• Review corporate structures, shareholding arrangements, and submitted documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
• Perform initial checks on applications to ensure all required information and fees are submitted
• Assess legal documents, declarations, resolutions, and other supporting materials to ensure compliance with standards
• Request clarifications or additional documentation as necessary and follow up to resolve inconsistencies or gaps
• Draft internal memoranda outlining findings and make recommendations for approvals or rejections
• Process and issue approvals for key personnel and related certificates where applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams to support assessments and resolve cross-functional matters
• Support evaluations of Source of Funds / Source of Wealth when required
• Maintain accurate case files and update internal systems
• Contribute to improvements in internal processes, templates, and procedures
• Participate in training, conferences, meetings, or cross-departmental projects as needed

• Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Criminology, or a related field (MQF level 6 or equivalent); relevant diplomas with experience also considered
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, or financial services environments is a plus
• Prior experience in KYC, customer due diligence, or reviewing corporate structures is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional judgement and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
