Senior Regulatory Executive - iGaming

• Oversee and review regulatory applications and documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards
• Lead and support a professional team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training when needed
• Coordinate the preparation and issuance of official approvals, certifications, and renewals
• Prepare structured regulatory reports and updates for senior management and internal committees
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and support regulatory decision-making
• Represent the organisation at meetings, workshops, or industry events when required
• Drive continuous improvements in regulatory processes to maintain efficiency and high-quality outcomes

• A minimum of MQF Level 6 education or equivalent
• Experience in compliance, due diligence, or AML, including exposure to Source of Wealth and Source of Funds reviews
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results in line with KPIs
