An opportunity has opened for an Operations Associate to join a growing financial services organisation where precision, speed, and efficiency drive daily activity. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-driven, and ready to step into a position where their work directly supports real financial transactions.In this role, you’ll be at the centre of operations supporting trade processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring workflows run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also contribute to improving processes, reducing turnaround times, and supporting compliance across AML/CFT frameworks.What makes this role stand out is the exposure from day one. You won’t be doing passive admin work you’ll be part of a function that keeps financial operations moving. Working closely with experienced professionals, you’ll build practical skills and a strong foundation for progression into operations, compliance, or wider financial services roles.Key Responsibilities

Support trade processing, documentation, and operational workflows
Ensure adherence to AML/CFT policies and compliance standards
Support senior team members with operational and coordination tasks

Your Profile

Experience in administration, back-office, or operations is an advantage
Strong attention to detail with a structured, organised approach
Fluent in English and Maltese
