Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support the Finance department with planning and coordinating financial projects, while also assisting the Group Head of Operational Projects with administrative tasks, reports, and guidelines.This is a reduced-hours (35 hours), office-based role offering a salary of up to €40K, including bonus and benefits.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance department and Group Head of Operational Projects in driving new finance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficientlyCollaborate with other departments to ensure projects benefit the company and improve daily working practices for stakeholdersAssist the Finance department in maintaining and optimizing the implemented financial toolContribute to projects and improvements of company tools for the benefit of staff and clientsAssist in developing and updating standard operating procedures and guidelines for financial and operational activitiesReview current working practices, identify areas for improvement, and suggest alternatives when neededIdentify process and system improvements to enhance efficiencyProvide administrative support to the Group Head of Operational Projects and the Finance departmentEducation, Skills & ExperienceA-level, Diploma, or undergraduate degree in AccountingMaster's or advanced degree in Accounting is a plusFluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken3+ years of experience in finance, accounts, or administration within a corporate environmentProven track record of successfully improving processes and practicesExperience working with financial systems, including implementation and managementProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMExceptional organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout the RoleSalary up to €40K, including bonus and benefitsOffice based in St Julian'sPossibility of hybrid flexibility following probationOpportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV in English.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
