- Welcoming and checking-in & checking-out guests.
- Preparing documents prior Check-in; including key preparation, booklet with T&Cs and Inventory list.
- Handing out documents to new arrivals & giving a welcome talk (Check-in paperwork and follow up).
- Collecting any pending balance, deposits and Eco Tax.
- Following up on missed deposits/payments/eco tax - issuing reminders when necessary.
- Logging & following up maintenance and housekeeping issues.
- Monitoring email inbox and hello inbox and actioning emails as needed.
- Refunding damage deposits including collection of bank details.
- Daily reporting of day-to-day maintenance in student accommodation and car park.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Other ad-hoc reporting as may be required.
- Have One (1) year experience in a Hotel environment would be considered an asset;
- Organizational skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;
- Able to build customer relationships and ensure good communication;
