- Actively promote and sell the company's full range of ship supplies, goods, and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market and represent the company's ship supply services to generate new business opportunities both immediately and in the long term.
- Conduct vessel visits to establish direct contact with clients and strengthen relationships.
- Provide regular feedback and sales reports to management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure all customer enquiries and orders are handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and business potential.
- Support the wider sales team in identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance client service.
- Contribute to cost control and the efficient use of company resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth, effective operations and a consistent client experience.
- Maintain accurate, clear, and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Perform other related tasks as required in support of the company's commercial objectives.
- Fluent in both English and Maltese (spoken and written)

- Prior experience in marine or ship supply will be considered an asset
