This is a key leadership role where your technical knowledge and people skills will make an immediate impact, while providing a clear pathway towards senior management.You’ll oversee up to four skilled administrators, each responsible for their own portfolio, while serving as the central reference point for corporate governance, compliance, and Maltese company law. From company incorporations to board support and CoSec duties, you’ll have full visibility across complex structures, with the autonomy to refine processes as the business expands.Working closely with fund directors and senior leadership, you’ll play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the corporate division, ensuring smooth operations and steady support for your team.Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and mentor a team of up to 4 administrators
Review and approve company filings, M&As, returns, and board minutes
Provide authoritative guidance on Maltese company law, CoSec duties, and structures
Collaborate with fund directors, boards, and cross-functional teams

Your Profile

5+ years’ experience in corporate services with solid knowledge of Maltese corporate law
Proven leadership ability with a proactive, hands-on approach
Confident managing companies, trusts, and fund structures

Salary: up to €55,000 Depending on ExperienceBenefits:
