This HR Executive/HR Manager opportunity is within a start-up environment born as an offspring of a reputable iGaming operator, offering a unique combination of being well-established but also ambitious and early stage with very strong career development prospects.You will directly report to the CEO and be tasked with setting up a robust HR function from scratch, offering independence, trust and autonomy to do things your way, and will allow you lots of creativity as you develop the function and a strong sense of ownership. This company is set to be the next big thing and as the company grows, so will you.If you are an experienced HR Generalist with broad exposure and preferably iGaming background, this is a unique opportunity to join a profitable company offering stability, as well as the start-up environment allowing you to have major business impact as well as unleashing your creativity while establishing this function.You will:

Set up the HR function
Implement policies & procedures
Organize and run internal trainings
Handle employee experience and issues that may arise

Experience:

3+ years as HR Generalist
Background in iGaming is desired
