- Build trust and strong relationships through transparent communication.
- Handle complaints effectively and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain records of interactions and update internal databases with relevant information.
- Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and support junior team members when needed.
- Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain patient in challenging situations.
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new tools.
- A clean criminal record.
- Experience in the gaming/iGaming industry is an advantage.
