- Identifying and supporting players in any issues that they encounter in a professional manner
- Providing detailed information to customers about products, policies, promotions etc and updating customer accounts
- Understanding, guiding, supporting customers in responsible gambling
- Understanding AML and report suspicious activity
- Collaborating with other departments
- Proficiency in Swedish at a native level
- Fluent in English both written and spoken at a C1+ level
- Good listening skills with an emphatic approach
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Detail oriented and able to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
- Willing to work on shift basis
- Salary of €25K + 10% bonus depending on KPIs
- Office based with day, afternoon and night shifts
