Our client, a forward-thinking gaming operator based in Malta, is looking for a Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their passionate team. If you're looking to be part of an innovative and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!This is an office-based, shift-based role and offers a salary of €27K + 10% bonus.Role and Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers via chat and email
  • Investigating issues to determine the player's needs
  • Cross-selling and promoting all opportunities
  • Conducting KYC and document processing
  • Identifying RG issues and providing support
  • Escalating issues to the relevant departments
Skills and Experience
  • Fluency in Finnish at a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English at a C1+ level
  • A minimum of 6 months' work experience within Customer Support in iGaming (non-negotiable)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Good listener with a warm and empathetic approach
  • Ability to put the player first
About the Role
  • Competitive salary of €27K + 10% bonus depending on KPIs

  • Shift-based schedule between 08:00 and 01:00, with potential night shifts depending on company needs
