• Assessing and processing life insurance applications whilst providing excellent

• Interacting with the intermediaries and other stakeholders on underwriting matters;

• Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times both to internal and external

• Assisting the Assistant Manager and/or Operations Manager in the running of the

• Preparing reports and statements;

• Reviewing all documentation, identifying missing documents and inputting

• Handling of Group Life both new and renewals;

• Handling clients’ and brokers’ queries;

• Updating and maintaining databases; and

• Other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which may be

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an underwriter in Life

• Preferably in possession of a qualification in insurance studies or studying towards

• Great team player with a strong sense of initiative

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Passionate about customer service and operational excellence
