KPMG's ESG commitments and achievements are reported in .The RoleWe are looking for an Actuarial Manager with experience and proven track record in the Non-Life / P&C insurance industry, including, but not limited to, experience in managing a diverse portfolio of engagements and working with multi-disciplinary teams.Responsibilities

Providing high quality actuarial advisory service to clients;
Mentoring junior actuaries;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients;
Providing analytical support and technical guidance;
Participation in the completion and auditing of loss reserve studies;
Participation in development of new business through marketing and sales activities;
Participation in internal audit projects;
Supporting the audit department on client projects as needed.

RequirementsA minimum of four years of actuarial experience within the Non-Life / P&C (re)insurance industry, or consulting experience as Manager within a Big 4;A bachelor's degree in actuarial science or other suitable numerate discipline (mathematics, economics, science, etc.);Strong P&C reserving abilities and willingness to work in other areas of P&C insurance;Excellent technical and analytical skills;Must be a qualified or nearly-qualified associate actuary from a recognized professional body (ten Institute & Faculty of Actuaries exams, or seven Casualty Actuarial Society exams, or an equivalent number from other recognized actuarial professional bodies);The ability to effectively work on concurrent engagements;Flexibility and an enjoyment of working on challenging projects, and interacting with teams;Must be a mature, self-motivated individual who is well organized, hard-working, enthusiastic and professionalWhat We Offer
