- Select/dose ingredients (flour, yeast, additives...) to prepare bread dough/pastry dough. Mix/knead/roll out dough
- Divide dough in pieces, roll and shape. Check proofing (rising)
- Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
- Assemble and decorate products (biscuit layers, butter cream, sauces, glancing...)
- Mix ingredients for dough, pudding, decorations and desserts
- Clean and sanitise worktop, tools and rooms
- Prepare pastries, confectionery and chocolate goods
- Plan production based on orders, stock and season
- Receive goods. Keep tally
- Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
- Package pastries, confectionery or chocolate goods. Place products on window, shelves or counter
- Prepare food: Chocolate
