Assisting in deboning operations by handling pork cuts, packing and preparing pork for further processing or distribution.1) Assistance in the Deboning Plant - Loading / unloading products for dispatch or relocation. - Movement of products between storage and processing locations. - Preparing products for dispatch. - Receipt and recording of raw materials and consumables into plant. - Assisting in stock-checks and audits at the plant and other KIM Ltd storage locations. - Packing, weighing and labelling products - Cleaning. 2) Basic Operation & Maintenance of Machinery & Computers - Loading / unloading of packing, weighing and processing machinery. - Weighing of products and inputting data into computers. - Production and application of labels. - Operation of packing, weighing and processing machinery and computers. - Basic maintenance and daily cleaning of packing and processing machinery & computers. - Configuring packing, weighing and processing machinery and computers for operations. - Scheduling and overseeing maintenance of packing and processing machinery & computers 3) HACCP Management and Quality Control - Filling in checklists for HACCP management and other checks and controls. - Reporting on findings and corrective actions required. - Oversight of cleaning, pest control and maintenance procedures. Eligibility Requirements - Ability to communicate in English is required. Fluency in Maltese also will be considered an asset - Own transport: must be able to get to work by 04:30 - Clean police conduct certificateProfilesCompetencies

Clean and sanitise worktop, tools and rooms
Receive carcasses and pieces of meat, check products and store in cold rooms or refrigerators
Pack and label products. Check the packing and labels
Weigh carcasses, sort according to size and store in cold stores/rooms
Check raw materials and prepare for production
