Responsible for maintaining accurate records of pig meat processing operations, including receiving, deboning, packaging, and dispatching products.1) Correspondence - Handling correspondence for the deboning plant; emails and telephone calls. - Collecting orders from clients from various sources. - Contacting clients & suppliers as necessary. - Relaying orders and correspondence to relevant employees. 2) Generating Sales Documents & Labels - Generating Sales Orders, Manufacturing Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes & Receipts. - Generating labels for products. 3) Confirmation of Deliveries and Collection of Payments - Ensuring that all necessary documents are signed by the client to confirm receipt of goods - Collection of cash from clients, delivery to the office & counting of cash. 4) Stock Management - Receipt and recording of raw materials and consumables entering the plant - Recording products produced and product movements in the stock management software - Recording of discards and reporting on kilos discarded by category. - Ensuring that stock records are updated and correct. - Producing stock reports for the plant and other KIM Ltd storage locations. - Recording movement of buggies and other returnable containers sent out with deliveries. - Reporting on buggies and other returnable containers which do not return. - Coordinating movements of products between storage locations and updating stock records. - Carrying out stock-checks and audits at the plant and other storage locations. 5) Stock Control & Ordering of Consumables & Spare Parts - Maintaining stocks of all required consumables and spare parts - Placing orders as necessary with the KIM Ltd Office or direct from suppliers. - Sourcing and ordering spare or replacement parts, machinery and computers as necessary. - Scheduling and overseeing maintenance of packing and processing machinery & computers. - Scheduling and overseeing calibration of weighing scales and thermometers. Eligibility Requirements: - Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Maltese also will be considered an asset - Computer literacy is required. - Experience with accounting / POS software will be considered an asset - Own transport: must be able to get to work by 04:30 - Clean police conductProfilesCompetencies
