- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, product, and business teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers.
- Track and report progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Organize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and structured AI-generated meeting minutes.
- Track project performance against established timelines using appropriate tools.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and dashboards.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed to management and relevant teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, methodologies, and tools relevant to project delivery.
- Standardize and optimize project management processes.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, PRINCE2 Foundation).
- Familiarity with online platforms or the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Previous exposure to the iGaming industry.
