About the job Logistics ManagerManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Logistics Manager to join our client's team in the marine supply chain sector, serving ship and yacht services across Malta and offshore delivery points. This role requires a proactive leader fluent in Maltese, with strong logistics management experience.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including planning and execution of deliveries across Maltese ports and offshore locations.Manage a fleet of specialised vehicles, equipment, and offshore-certified containers.Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure rapid stock availability and competitive sourcing.Oversee the supply of technical goods, provisions, safety equipment, and specialty yacht requests under tight deadlines.Mentor and supervise logistics staff to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.Key Requirements:Fluency in Maltese (mandatory) and English.5+ years experience in logistics management, preferably in maritime, ship supply, or related sectors.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, fleet management, and warehousing.Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISSA, and IMPA.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Job Info:
