- Traffic Acquisition & Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies using data-driven insights. Manage multiple digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Performance Marketing: Monitor and optimize campaign. Utilize A/B testing and advanced analytics to refine targeting and messaging.
- User Acquisition & Funnel Optimization: Create tailored acquisition strategies, focusing on user engagement and conversion across audiences. Enhance landing page and user journey performance.
- CRM Management: Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer segmentation, retention, and lifecycle value. Leverage CRM data to develop personalized marketing campaigns and drive user engagement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure marketing campaigns comply with licensing requirements and align with international market regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and adjust strategies based on data trends and campaign performance.
- Create overall Marketing strategy and research.
- Work closely with Affiliate Manager to ensure everything is on brand and no opportunities are missed.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Help create and improve UI/UX by providing user behaviour data (analytics and surveys).
- Proven experience in performance marketing, traffic acquisition, and user acquisition in B2C environments.
- Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, email, and display advertising.
- Familiarity with grey market strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience with affiliate marketing or growth hacking strategies.
- Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends in digital advertising.
