Job DescriptionLocation: MaltaThe Role: Swedish Customer Support Agent - WFH in MaltaSalary: 1550 Euros p/mWe have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for Swedish speakers to join a fantastic international team of Customer Advisors. Their office is based in the centre of the island but there is the option to work from home from anywhere in Malta.The roleOur client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world. As a Customer Advisor you will be supporting users with queries via email. You will be also moderating ads and user-profiles with high accuracy. You will make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more. This is a very busy role in a fast paced environment, which suits someone that wants to make a positive impact on the digital world.The Successful Customer Advisor has:

Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail
Ideally interested in marketplaces, shared economy and new technology
Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus

Salary, Benefits and Relocation Package
Gross monthly salary around 1550 Euros p/m. Excellent benefits which includes career opportunities with a defined ladder for progression, a private health insurance, comprehensive paid training, fun company event, possibility to work from home, 27 days holidays p/a.
