- Become a strategic partner by monitoring, interpreting, and applying complex regulatory frameworks for iGaming and Forex/trading across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring our business operates with integrity and confidence.
- Updating internal compliance policies and providing training to other teams.
- Drive global compliance by ensuring the company meets and exceeds all regulatory obligations in our current and future markets, enabling seamless and responsible growth.
- Shape our operational standards by drafting and reviewing internal compliance policies, aligning them with the latest legal and regulatory requirements in our industry.
- Cultivate key relationships by building and maintaining direct engagement with regulatory authorities, representing the company in meetings and fostering a collaborative, transparent partnership.
- Lead our regulatory response by managing all inquiries, audits, and requests from authorities, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring swift, effective action.
- Manage critical incidents by overseeing the response to regulatory issues. coordinating across internal teams, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen our controls.
- Influence business decisions by preparing legal assessments, compliance reports, and risk evaluations that inform our approach to licensing, operational practices, and marketing conduct.
- Guide market expansion by providing strategic regulatory insights on new market entries and licensing applications, helping the company navigate new opportunities responsibly.
- Strengthen our internal controls by supporting ongoing compliance monitoring and internal audits, contributing to a robust and resilient operational environment.
- Pioneer proactive compliance by conducting due diligence for license renewals and regulatory submissions, staying ahead of requirements to ensure long-term stability and success.
- Act as a central hub for compliance by serving as the primary link between Legal and Operations to ensure a coordinated and effective execution of our regulatory obligations.
✓ Bachelor Degree in law or compliance related topics.
