A fast-growing iGaming company based in Malta is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its dynamic and ambitious team. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who wants to grow their career within a fast-paced international environment.THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED POSITIONKey Responsibilities:

Provide legal support across the business, including regulatory, commercial, and compliance matters
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed
Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments in Malta and the iGaming sector

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Maltese fluency is a strong plus
Experience working in a local law firm or one of the Big Four is highly valued
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage, but not required
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
