- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handling work permits
- Serve as a key point of contact for staff, offering advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Implement and support performance review processes, working closely with managers to set clear objectives and address underperformance.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with UK employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities across departments.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures in collaboration with the finance team.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure reward packages remain competitive.
- Provide regular HR reports and analysis to inform business decisions and workforce planning.
