Our client are looking for an experienced professional Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to lead complex projects.The role focuses on managing the technical and commercial delivery of mechanical building services works. You will lead mechanical design development, review solutions, and ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibility includes coordinating detailed drawings with architectural, structural, and other services. You will prepare and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs from tender documentation.The position requires analysing tenders to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options. You will review and approve material and equipment submittals with a focus on quality and cost control. Liaison with local and international suppliers and subcontractors to obtain compliant quotations is key.You will oversee procurement processes and approve orders for mechanical systems and materials. Providing technical support to project teams during installation and coordination is essential. You will act as the main technical contact for clients, attending meetings and offering expert advice.The role includes mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
