If you’re ambitious, adaptable, and ready to make a difference, you’ll fit right in.Build the life you want, while making your mark on the future of PokerStars SEU.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join Flutter International within the PokerStars SEU Marketing team.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing finance operations - including budget management, financial reporting, PO tracking, invoicing, accruals and supplier management. You will manage the delivery of all legal contracts, including renewals, new agreements and support during agency pitches.You will support the wider Marketing function by integrating clear and efficient processes and helping deliver the SEU Marketing Operating Model, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects. Given the cross-functional nature of the role, we are looking for a strong communicator who can understand business requirements across multiple teams and ensure alignment.As PokerStars focuses on growing market share in Southern Europe, this role offers the opportunity to support key marketing operations across multiple disciplines. We are looking for someone exceptionally organised, able to multi-task, and comfortable working within a structured yet agile operations framework.You will play a central role in implementing and managing effective marketing operations, supporting the execution of department-wide initiatives and ensuring marketing outputs are compliant, documented, automated and traceable.
