- Ensure all operations meet MFSA requirements and comply with relevant EU regulatory standards.
- Drive the organisation's digital transformation by introducing new technologies, automation, and efficient workflows.
- Shape and execute operational plans that support the company's strategic goals.
- Promote continuous improvement by reviewing, refining, and documenting processes.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to support long-term strategic decisions.
- Oversee operational risk controls, business continuity planning, and resilience measures.
- Strengthen collaboration between departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and operational reporting to maintain accountability.
- Lead change initiatives and guide teams through system upgrades and process enhancements.
- Proven senior leadership experience in financial services operations.
- Strong knowledge of MFSA regulatory requirements and EU finance legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation or leading digitalization initiatives.
