- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in menu planning and development as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your station.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices assigned to your section.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Food safety and hygiene certifications
